Healthy, Creamy & Easy Home Made Peanut Butter with Ghee and Jaggery

Here is another healthy and my favourite recipe peanut butter with Ghee and Jaggery.

Peanuts:

Peanuts are an especially good source of healthful fats, protein, and fiber. They also contain plenty of potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, and B vitamins. Despite being high in calories, peanuts are nutrient-rich and low in carbohydrates.

Ghee:

A purified form of butter called ghee has been a staple of both Indian cuisine and Ayurvedic medicine since ancient times. Today, professional chefs with a mind for health and savvy consumers have discovered its rich, nutty flavor along with its many health benefits.

Ghee is sometimes referred to as clarified butter, but it actually goes a step beyond. Clarified butter is made by heating unsalted butter until the milk solids and water rise to the top, where they are skimmed off. Ghee results from cooking the butter for a longer period of time and straining out nearly all the milk solids and water, leaving pure butterfat behind.

-> Ghee reduces your exposure to cancer-causing agents.

-> Ghee has anti-inflammatory properties.

-> Ghee contains heart-healthy fats.

-> Ghee is a nutritional powerhouse.

Jaggery:

Jaggery acts as a detox, as it helps cleanse the liver by flushing out nasty toxins from the body. Jaggery is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium, which help prevent free-radicals (responsible for early ageing). It helps boost resistance against infections, hence building stronger immunity.
